The Royal Dutch Shell Plc exhorted the United States government to follow harder rules for drilling in the North Sea; by adopting strict conditions the disasters like BP Oil spill, in the Gulf of Mexico could be avoided. Simon Henry, the Chief Financial officer of Royal Dutch Shell recently declared that, the United States should follow stern safety rules and regulations and the companies involving in the drilling should analyze the dangers and should take responsibilities.
